Return Policy

While we hope you absolutely love your new clothes, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. We ask that if you are unsure of an item(s) to please reach out to us and ask questions! Our email is Roseandridge@outlook.com and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have before you make your purchase!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us via email at roseandridge@outlook.com as soon as possible. 

All returns require a return authorization before they are accepted. Failure to contact Rose+Ridge Boutique prior to sending your items back will result in the return not being processed.

Returns will be accepted for in store credit or exchange only. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it in. 

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned undamaged, If they arrive damaged the items will not be accepted. 

If you choose to exchange your item(s) they will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee.
