• $15 flat rate standard shipping within Canada for orders under $200.
• Free Canada wide standard shipping will be offered for orders over $200.
• All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
• Orders local to Tumbler Ridge BC are able to have the option for pick up at no additional fee.

While we hope you absolutely love your new clothes, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. We ask that if you are unsure of an item(s) to please reach out to us and ask questions! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us via email at roseandridge@outlook.com as soon as possible. 

All returns require a return authorization before they are accepted. Failure to contact Rose+Ridge Boutique prior to sending your items back will result in the return not being processed.

Returns will be accepted for in store credit or exchange only. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it in. 

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned undamaged, If they arrive damaged the items will not be accepted. 

If you choose to exchange your item(s) they will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee.
